Editing items after publication

Editing items after publication.

You can go back and edit items after you’ve made them publicly available. Some changes may trigger a new version.

Go to My Data page, find the item you wish to edit. Hover over it and on the left-hand side you will see a “pencil” icon. Click on the pencil to edit the item.

NOTE: Changes made might generate a new version of the item. For the changes to be made public you might need to re-publish the item. At the bottom of the template form, click on Publish changes.

Restore a deleted file

Once a file is deleted from an item, you have 30 days to restore it.

Simply select the option to restore it on the right hand side, hover over the file(s) you want to restore, and click on the circular icon to restore the files to the item.
